Ingredients:
Full-spectrum hemp extract, Magnesium Chloride, cayenne pepper, coconut oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil, fresh mint essential oil, natural colour, Euyxl preservative.

Directions:
Massage into abdomen, lower back and breasts (avoiding nipples) to ease the discomfort of period pain. Rub into temples for headaches associated with menstruation.
